Salary: £10 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Complex Care Assistant to join our Team in the B31 area
Secure Healthcare Solutions is a complex care homecare provider. Working with adults and children in their own homes – we provide high quality care for service users with a wide range of conditions. We have a strong operational team with a robust clinical and quality process ensuring the safety of our care teams and the Service user at all times.
Immediate start
Contracted hours
Full Training will be provided
Paid Shadow Shifts
Shifts – 2 week rolling rota (one weekend on – one weekend off)
hours are during school term:
08:00-16:00 - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
08:00 - 19:00 - wednesday and Fridays
during holiday times there will be 2 8 hour shifts
you can pick up additional of other packages.
This package involves assisting a 16 year old to school aswell as helping with other care needs such as personal care and Toileting.
Whist promoting the independence of the individual service user and meeting their care needs, Our Complex Care Assistants must be willing to:
Assist/provide personal care
To provide clinical support provided by our clinical lead
Provide nutrition and hydration support
Support with medication needs
Assist in domestic duties
Comply with all policies and procedures
To liaise with management
To report back any concern relating to the health of the service user
To participate in Team meetings & Supervisions
